Beliefs are subjective views held by the subconscious mind that something is either right or wrong, true or false. This becomes the filter through which we view and experience life.
What is Belief code, really ?
The Belief Code is designed to remove negative belief systems in the subconscious mind that keep us stuck, unable to set and reach goals and even sabotage our best life.
A belief is an idea, perception, or “truth” that the subconscious mind accepts as real.
Some beliefs support us and help us grow. Others can become limiting and affect the way we think, feel, react, or experience life—often without us even realizing it.
These beliefs are usually formed through life experiences, emotions, childhood, repeated situations, family patterns, or stressful events. Over time, the subconscious mind can continue to operate from these hidden programs automatically.

How does it work?
During a session, I use muscle testing to communicate with your body and access your subconscious responses.
Think of it as a structured investigation.
I ask precise questions and your body responds through the muscle test
This allows us to:
- identify negative statements
- identify trapped emotions related (via emotion code)
- identify body imbalances ( via body code)
- determine if the belief can be released
- replace if needed with positive statement
You don’t need to analyze or explain everything.
Your subconscious holds the information—and your body guides the process.
It’s a methodical yet intuitive process that helps uncover what is often hidden beneath the surface.
